Will County, Illinois

Will County is located in the northeast part of Illinois, just south of Chicago.
It is named for Dr. Conrad Will, a businessman and state legislator from southern Illinois. The seat and largest city are both Joliet, located on the Des Plaines River.
It borders DuPage, Cook, Kankakee, Grundy, Kendall and Kane Counties in Illinois, as well as Lake County in Indiana.
Main Highways include I-55, I-57, I-80 and I-355, US-6, US-30, US-45 and US-52, among many others.
